Our Policies

Once you have registered to begin Private Swim Lessons at All-Star Academy the following four items need to be downloaded, printed, signed, and brought to your first lesson.  It is very important to bring these papers signed to allow your child to begin lessons. If you are unable to print these at home you must email All-Star Academy at info@allstardanville.com before your first lessons and we will provide these forms for you.
