All-Star has been teaching children since 1998 to be swim safe, learn the core basics of swimming, and perfect stroke technique.

All-Star was founded by Brian Oas, a previous competitive swimmer and long-time swim instructor. He created a non-intimidating swim program focusing on children being swim safe and having fun in the water. All-Star is now owned and operated by Brian and his wife Jennifer, bringing a unique background both in competitive swimming, childhood education, and working with special needs children.
