Billing & Tuition

Billing Cycle

Upon enrollment, credit cards are charged the month’s tuition and the annual registration fee. Tuition is prorated for students that enroll in the middle of the month.

After enrolling, you will be added to our monthly billing cycle which automatically charges your credit card on the 1st  of each month for the upcoming month (for example, the charges for February’s tuition will be processed on February 1st). Please keep in mind that tuition may fluctuate depending on the number of lessons that fall within the month (example: a 4 or 5 week month).

 

Payment Options

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

 

Annual Registration Fee (non-refundable) = $50 per child

To Withdraw From Lessons:

Should you wish to stop your lessons, for any reason, we require a minimum of thirty days advance written notice. You can provide this to our office by filling out this 30-day notice form, filling out a form in-person with our office, or emailing our office team at info@allstarswimschool.com.
